We get it — things happen. And when they do, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Even so, we are committed to your satisfaction with every product we create.

Shipping & Returns

Butter by Q ships all of our premium, handmade products via the United States Post Office (USPS). We've selected USPS because of its high level of professionalism, accuracy, and dedication to excellence. 

The cost of shipping will be based on the destination and total weight

Help! My Shea Butter Has Melted...

Our Shea Butter Based based products may melt when temperatures climb over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. While this may not be an issue during the fall and winter months, summer can create a problem. If you receive your whipped shea butter product and it has melted, no sweat! It's still perfectly usable and will deliver you the same exceptional benefits. Butter by Q, however, will not refund or offer reimbursement if your product melts during shipment. 

Simply place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes and allow it to sit at room temperature for about two hours. This will allow your shea butter product to solidify, and voila — it's ready to use. 

Shipping Damages

Unfortunately, loss or damage that occurs during shipment is the responsibility of the delivery company. To remedy this, we strongly encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. You should contact us immediately if your items are damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make the issue right as soon as possible.

If your product has been damaged, all claims will be filed with the carrier. Please make sure to provide all relevant information and pictures for us to submit the proper Insurance Claim. After the claim has been filed, we will then send you a replacement. 

Refunds

As we previously mentioned, we uphold an all sales are final policy. However, if you are experiencing any problems, we encourage you to reach out to us directly at info@butterbyq.com. If there are any problems, we will do our best to rectify the situation. You complete satisfaction is our goal!
