Our Shipping Policy was last updated on July 19, 2022. First and foremost, thank you for your support! It means the world that you have already purchased or are considering making a purchase from our small Black-owned business. 

We get it…Amazon's fast two-day shipping has changed the games and expectations. Fortunately, we are also consumers and patrons of Amazon. As such, we know the importance of getting your products in your hands ASAP. This means, that once you submit an order, we work to fulfill your order and have it en route to you in two to three days.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If Butter by Q is experiencing a high volume of orders or a spike in orders, your shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be based on the weight and distance as calculated by the United States Parcel Service (USPS). We've selected USPS because of its high level of professionalism, accuracy, and dedication to excellence. We currently do not offer overnight delivery as an option, but if you do need expedited delivery, please reach out to us directly at info@butterbyq.com

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Butter by Q ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email after Your Order has shipped. This confirmation email will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Butter by Q is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

Butter by Q is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipment. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and then contact Us at info@butterbyq.com.
